Canon Point: Just after "Mission Accomplished" (Season 2, Episode 3) -- Starscream's come back to the life for the first of many times, and Blitzwing's on garbage duty every time Megatron wipes the floor with him. He then accompanies Megatron to a trap set by Starscream after the nth time of Starscream dying, and... doesn't do a whole lot else.
